Row 4: Purl

Row 5: (K2, kfb) 4 times, k1 (17sts)

Row 7: (K3, kfb) 4 times, k1 (21sts)

Row 8: Purl

Row 9: Knit

Row 10: Purl

Repeat the last 2 rows twice more

Row 15: (K3, k2tog) 4 times, k1 (17sts)
