Materials:
- US 10.5 needles are used for the rosettes shown, but with this pattern it’s really fun to experiment with different yarn weights and needle sizes.
- Yarn scraps (a few yards is all you’ll need)
- Pin backing (I use safety pins so that I can remove them later and sew them to something else if I like. If you want a more permanent pin backing, you can find pin backings in the jewelry aisle of the craft store and stitch them on)
- Tapestry needle (for weaving in ends and sewing them together)
CO 5 sts.
Row 1: KFB each st (10 sts)
Row 2: Purl
Row 3: KFB each st (20 sts)
Row 4: Purl
Row 5: KFB each st (40 sts)
BO and weave in ends. Coil to form a rosette. Stitch together to hold in place and attach pin backing to back of rosette.
