DIY Wee Gansey Sweater

Materials needed:

  • 2 (3) 100 gram hanks of sport weight yarn – approximately 450 (600) yards
  • Needles: 3.25 mm (US 3) 16” (20” or 24”) circular needle 
  • 3.25 mm (US 3) set of 5 double pointed needles 
  • 3.5 mm (US 4) 16” (20” or 24”) circular needle 
  • 3.5 mm (US 4) set of 5 double pointed needles
  • Notions: Stitch markers, tapestry needle, waste yarn or stitch holders
