DIY The Katey Beanie

The lovely Katey Beanie looks like a crochet work but it is a knitted craft. Yeah, you will be using knitting needles to make this amazing hat. I know sometimes we try to make crochet hats to look like knitted hats but today we are going the opposite direction. We will make this wonderful hat look like it is a crochet hat. Well, that’s the beauty of knitting.

Materials needed:

  • US 13 (9mm) 16″ circular knitting needle
  • US 13 (9mm) Double Pointed Knitting needles (optional)
  • 50 yards or 100g ball of chunky yarn
  • Tapestry needles
  • Scissors
  • Pom-Pom maker (optional)
