When I saw this hat I just remembered that song “over the rainbow”. The breeze and the calmness that followed the guitar playing at the background of that music video. Over the rainbows is definitely full of blue skies and that’s the beauty of it all. This hat will definitely make your babies giggle and make their outfits super colorful too.
