Simple String Bag

A simple string bag is always perfect for those market trips. These bags are perfect for holding fresh veggies and fruit. They are also great for carrying your books and other daily essentials. Just make sure you do not place little items that could pass through the holes of this bag.

Materials needed:

  • Yarn
  • Sz 8 16” circular needle and set of dpns (size 6, 7, or 8—whatever you have on hand since you only need them for the last few rounds)
  • 1 safety pin type marker and a yarn needle
  • Worsted cotton—about 100 grams (3.5 oz)
