Soup Bowl Cozy

Protect your palms and hands from the extreme heat by making this simple soup bowl cozy. This cozy will keep those meals of yours warm for a longer period of time. It can be reversible and will also serve as a gift for your loved ones. Friends, please make sure you use hundred percent cotton yarn that is perfect for the microwave.

Materials needed:

  • Cotton yarn. Do NOT use acrylic or wool as they are a fire hazard in a microwave! 
  • US size 5 (3.75 mm) Circular needle
  • Double point needles (or 2 circs) for bottom finishing 
  • 4 Stitch markers
  • Waste yarn if using the provisional cast on method
